Our products can be ordered on-line through our e-shop. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. All payments are processed through 3-D Secure system provided by GP - Global Payments or more precisely by GPE - Global Paymets Europe

Your order will be processed once we receive your purchase order and the notification of your payment. All purchases are handled during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET). Please allow up to 3 days during weekdays for your order to be dispatched. Purchases made on Friday afternoon and on weekends will typically be processed the following Monday.
All financial transaction and business correspondence will be printed in English language.
Transaction currency
Art of Sound headquarters are located in Prague, the Czech Republic. Because of the local legislation, the total transaction price has to be shown and processed in the local currency, which is CZK (Czech Crown). The total price (in CZK), which appears under Shopping Cart – Order Review is calculated on the current exchange rate. This rate is regulated by the Czech National Bank CNB.

All payments, of the total price in CZK, are processed through E-Commerce 3-D Secure system.
Payments via credit card through E-Commerce 3-D Secure system do not attract any transaction or currency conversion charges.
Note: When comparing the exchange rates between your local currency and EUR and your local currency and CZK, some minor differences may occur. This may happen because the exchange rates between your local currency and the other two currencies may slightly differ.
What is 3-D Secure?
3-D Secure is a card holder authentication mechanism. Every card entered in the payment gateway is checked by the respective card association, i.e. MasterCard or VISA. It is verified whether or not user authentication is required for the given card. If yes, the card holder is redirected to the issuer bank’s system to identify himself (by entering a password, inserting a chip card providing other senstitive information). The result of the authentication is then handed back to the payment gateway.
GPE’s system is fast and secure for all parties involved in an on-line transaction. A card holder is shopping in an on-line shop and requests payment by his bank card. The vendor hands over the payment request to the GP webpay. The card holder is asked to fill in bank card details and confirm the payment request.GP webpay authenticates the bank card holder using the 3-D Secure standard. If the authentication result allows the process to continue, GP webpay sends a request to authorise the transaction. If the authentication result does not allow the process to continue, the transaction is terminated. The acquiring bank forwards the authorisation request over interbank networks to the card issuer. The card issuer authorises the transaction and hands the result back to the GP webpay. GP webpay delivers the result to the vendor, who notifies the card holder.

VAT policy
Exports outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. The total price of the order will not include VAT for customers residing outside European Union.
European Union businesses can recover VAT. Business customers are required to fill in their valid VAT-ID to recover the VAT. Please ensure your VAT-ID is filled in correctly. All VAT-IDs will be verified in the VAT Information Exchange System – VIES. Should the VAT-ID number you enter be incorrect, your order can be delayed or cancelled! Upon a successful verification of your VAT-ID, the VAT will be automatically subtracted from the total price of your order.
End–users residing in the European Union can not recover VAT on purchases and the total price of the order they place will include 20% VAT.
Delivery and shipping costs
Ordered products are shipped accordingly to the shipping method chosen.
- Electronic delivery – The ordered product will be delivered directly to your e-mail address as a ZIP file (Info: Every compressed ZIP data file contains less than 8MB).
Note: Due to large data amount the Wave:Art - Sample CD and CD-ROMs are shipped by priority air-mail service only.
- Priority air-mail service – The ordered product will be delivered by post to the shipping address you specified. Delivery to most European countries takes about one week. For delivery to countries outside of Europe and for all overseas shipments allow two weeks. All overseas orders are shipped by priority air-mail service.
The shipping and handling charges are:
Europe: EUR 10.00 (soundware, sample CD). Rest of the World: EUR 15.00 (soundware, sample CD).
If applicable, all duties and taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the buyer.
Returns
Since our products can not be copy protected, ordered boxed products can only be returned if the original cover is not damaged or removed and security sticker is intact. In the unlikely event that the soundware you ordered arrives damaged, please contact our sales department via e-mail - sales@aos-pro.com to arrange the replacement of the shipment.
Please note that it is not possible to replace a damaged shipment for a different product of the same or lesser value. It is also not possible to exchange undamaged shipment for another product.
Note: The soundware product delivered by e-mail cannot be returned.
Terms of Use and legal title - Important notice!
By ordering the product, you declare that you agree to the terms and conditions in the License Agreement.
All herein presented sound programs (except an original Kurzweil soundware) have been made by Art of Sound and are exclusively owned by Art of Sound. Art of Sound reserves all related intellectual property rights.
Upon removing the security sticker from the soundware media package, you are required to exercise only the restricted rights that Art of Sound hereby grants you.
You are entitled to freely use the samples, soundware files and programs hereto ("Soundware") during live public performances and to make your own music recordings. You agree to use the soundware at your own risk. Art of Sound will not be liable for any eventual damage suffered in the course of such use.
You are not allowed to distribute or pass on the soundware by any means; or publish the soundware in any electronic form or in other multimedia publication.
The person infringing these intellectual property rights may face severe civil and criminal penalties.
Product upgrades and crossgrades*/**
Upgrades and crossgrades are available only to registered users of the basic or lower versions of the respective products. It is not possible to order a product upgrade or crossgrade without a previously purchasing the basic product version!
A customer registration number is required for a product upgrade or crossgrade. The Registration number file is supplied on the backup CD-ROM with each K:Works bundle products for Kurzweil K2600, K2500 and K2000 synthesizers.
Registration number is not transferable.
Upgrade and Crossgrade purchases are handled through our on-line e-shop using a customer password issued via e-mail at the time of product upgrade/crossgrade. This password can only be issued to registered customer of the basic product version.
Customer Upgrade or Crossgrade passwords are sent out upon receiving a product upgrade or crossgrade request, after authorization of your registration number, please, mention that it requires necessary time for the database check to send your desired password back since each password is generated individually.
Customer password will always be sent to e-mail address submitted when ordering the original version of the soundware.
Once received, this upgrade or crossgrade customer password must be entered in the customer password field for the chosen product. This is also done through our on-line e-shop. The purchase is confirmed when he customer clicks the Add to Cart button.
The following process, shipping address confirmation and payment, is the same as for the purchase of the basic product version.
Please note: The customer password issued to a registered customer of a basic product version, authorizes the customer to use the password for a purchase of one product upgrade or crossgrade only.
The upgrade or crossgrade customer passwords expire 48 hours after it has been issued. After this time a new password must be requested.
