Since our products can not be copy protected the soundware product delivered via e-mail cannot be returned.
Ordered boxed products can only be returned if the original cover is not damaged or removed and security sticker is intact. In the unlikely event that the soundware you ordered arrives damaged, please contact our sales department email@example.com to arrange the replacement of the shipment.
Please note that it is not possible to replace a damaged shipment for a different product of the same or lesser value. It is also not possible to exchange undamaged shipment for another product.
